Our Social Value Partners

Who Have We Worked With?
Hopian
Our partnership with Hopian focuses on two critical pillars: Building long-term organisational capacity and providing ongoing practical support to families facing domestic abuse & economic hardship.
IT Support: Over the last 12 months, Source has delivered 128 hours of IT support & expertise. By reviewing their reporting & insights capabilities, we are helping to ensure they have the correct available at the right times, enhancing the customer service provided to families in crisis.
Welcome Packs: We also provide practical play packs for families entering refuge. These packs, tailored for children aged 0–5, offer a warm welcome and essential items to help restore a sense of normality. In 2025, we provided products for their “Sunshine Boxes Project”, filled with engaging resources that encourage creativity, physical activity, and healthy eating. Each box is designed to foster emotional & social engagement, providing families with useful information about community events and interactive activities.

Baby Basics
Our partnership with Baby Basics in the UK, supports families with all the practical essentials they need for life with children.
Our logistics service providing shipping of baby items between the UK and Northern Ireland ensures that they can support as many families in need as possible. We have worked closely with the team in Baby Basics to streamline their logistics to ensure that they can make a real difference every day and centering family wellbeing into everything they do.
Neurodiversity Ireland
Working strategically with Neurodiversity Ireland, we are directly supporting the Neurodivergent community across Ireland, helping people in thecommunity with additional needs as well as supporting their marketing and social media team to help the charity educate and build public awareness campaigns to reduce stigma, promote understanding, and encourage societal acceptance.
By incorporating neurodiversity into our social value commitment, its helps our business to educate, recognise and value the unique strengths and perspectives of neurodiverse individuals and creates a positive impact on our employees, communities, and society as a whole.

Barnardos
Working in collaboration with Barnardo’s Bump, Birth & Beyond project, we are directly supporting vulnerable families in Eastwood and East Deane.
We understand that children with regular access to books and stimulating play items show stronger school readiness and later academic achievement. To support this, we supply annual Welcome Packs that complement NHS-led family support.
These packs are not merely functional; they are curated to provide educational, sensory, and play items that facilitate connection between parent & child. By working collaboratively with Barnardo’s on the selection of these items, weensure our support is targeted, effective, and meaningful for the families whoneed it most.
