The Little Baby Bundle Pilot Scheme: Establishing the Model

The Department of Children in Ireland launched this pilot to test a welcome gift for new families, based on international models. Our strategic role was to design a scalable operational model that prioritised sustainability and high-quality logistics while maintaining an accessible, human-centric registration process.
We successfully procured and distributed 500 boxes, each containing 35 high-quality, sustainable items. Crucially, the project included items like reusable nappies and biodegradable pads, with calculations proving that a minimal 5% usage of the reusable items delivers a carbon-neutral scheme.
Our in-house digital team designed a streamlined dual registration process (QR code/paper), resulting in 99% of parents finding the process "very easy," with 91% using the efficient digital QR code option.
Our services extended to creating a bilingual brand identity, inspired by the tranquil Irish Woodlands - a gender-neutral, restful green colour scheme featuring illustrations designed to promote early childhood engagement, visible through to our bespoke website built for the project.
This successful pilot, delivered within agreed timelines, established the viable framework for a national rollout, directly leading to its inclusion in the Programme for Government in 2024.

"They expertly developed processes to engage with the applicant families and listened carefully to the needs of the project including sensitive marketing, delivery, ethical sourcing, and sustainability. In dealing with the company, I have found them to be efficient, responsive, timely, professional, and cost effective."
